Our approach

For nights out, by design.

We build one night-of formula the way a lab would: fewer actives, doses on the label, every batch tested — and nothing that belongs in the morning after mixed into the same jar.

01

What's in

A night-of jar should be short. Minerals for muscle and nerve function, antioxidants for antioxidant status, B-vitamins for energy metabolism — each disclosed. Twelve-ingredient stacks are how the dose disappears.

02

What's out

What we leave out is the point. No 5-HTP in the night-of jar, no caffeine, no proprietary blend. If an active belongs in the morning after, it is not in this bottle.

03

Timing

Take R–01 with water before you go out, and again if the night runs long. Water, food, sleep, and cooling off still do more than any capsule — this is the backup, not the plan.

Testing

Every batch is sent to an independent lab before it ships: identity, potency, heavy metals, microbes, and allergens. The certificate of analysis for your lot will be linked from the jar.

05

Transparency

No proprietary blends. The label lists every form and every milligram, and this page is where we explain why each one is there. If it changes, the change is dated here first.

Who checks our work

Our formulation and clinical advisors

Every form, dose and claim on this site is reviewed by people who do this for a living. Seats below are being filled; names and credentials publish here as each advisor signs on.

  • Advisor seat — formulation

    Active selection, dose disclosure, excipients.

  • Advisor seat — clinical nutrition

Serving timing, night-of vs next-day split, contraindications.

  • Advisor seat — sports nutrition

Recovery framing for people who stay out late.

Advisors are compensated consultants and do not endorse specific outcomes.
